STATUTORY NOTES AND RELATED SUBSIDIARIES
EFFECTIVE DATE OF REPEAL Pub. L. 109-58, §637, 119 Stat. 791, provided that: "The amendments made by this section [amending section 2214 of this title and repealing this section] take effect on October 1, 2006."
