EFFECTIVE DATE OF REPEAL Repeal of section applicable to deaths that occur on or after the date that is two years after Jan. 5, 2021, see section 2202(d) of Pub. L. 116-315 set out as an Effective Date of 2021 Amendment note under section 113 of this title.
