Section 30301 - Organization

(a) FEDERAL CHARTER.-Blinded Veterans Association (in this chapter, the "corporation") is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) PERPETUAL EXISTENCE.-Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
