Section 22101 - Organization
(a) FEDERAL CHARTER.-The American Society of International Law (in this chapter, the "corporation") is a federally chartered corporation.
(b) PERPETUAL EXISTENCE.-Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
