Section 139 - Steelmark Month(a) DESIGNATION.-May is Steelmark Month.(b) PURPOSE.-Steelmark Month recognizes the tremendous contribution made by the steel industry in the United States to national security and defense.(c) PROCLAMATION.-The President is requested to issue a proclamation calling on the people of the United States to observe Steelmark Month with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
