AMENDMENTS1992-Subsec. (b). Pub. L. 102-390 inserted ",including the cost of coin bags and pallets" after "distributing the coins" in fourth sentence. 1988-Subsec. (c). Pub. L. 100-274 inserted heading and amended subsec. (c) generally. Prior to amendment, subsec.
