CODIFICATIONSection, Pub. L. 107-331, title VI, §608, Dec. 13, 2002, 116 Stat. 2852, which provided for the extinguishment of claims of other Indian tribes and filing of claims relating to the extinguishment, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
