CODIFICATIONSection, Pub. L. 101-41, §6, June 21, 1989, 103 Stat. 86, which related to one-time payment to each enrolled member and establishment of a permanent trust fund to enhance the ability of the tribe to provide services to its members, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
