CODIFICATIONSection, Pub. L. 98-165, §5, Nov. 22, 1983, 97 Stat. 1065, which related to Interim Council to be the governing body of the tribe until the tribal governing body established in accordance with section 713d of this title would first convene, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
