CODIFICATIONSection, Pub. L. 87-775, §6, Oct. 9, 1962, 76 Stat. 776, which provided that payments would not be held to be "other income and resources", as that term was used in certain provisions of Title 42, The Public Health and Welfare, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
