CODIFICATIONSection, Pub. L. 103-323, §8, Sept. 21, 1994, 108 Stat. 2154, which related to jurisdiction over lands taken into trust by the Secretary of the Interior for the benefit of the band, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
