Section 136 - Librarian of Congress; rules and regulations

The Librarian of Congress shall make rules and regulations for the government of the Library.

SHORT TITLE OF 2015 AMENDMENT Pub. L. 114-86, §1, Nov. 5, 2015, 129 Stat. 675, provided that: "This Act [enacting section 136-1 of this title and amending this section] may be cited as the 'Librarian of Congress Succession Modernization Act of 2015'."
