PRIOR PROVISIONSA prior section 64-2, Pub. L. 95-26, title I, §108, May 4, 1977, 91 Stat. 85, provided that, on and after May 4, 1977, Secretary of Senate was authorized to transfer funds between appropriations with approval of a resolution of Senate.
