L. 86-168, title I, §101(a), 73 Stat. 384, provided for appointment of registrars, appraisers, and examiners.

Section 656a, act Aug. 19, 1937, ch. 704, §20, 50 Stat. 710, provided for designation of farm credit examiners.

The term "credit" means the right granted by a person to a consumer to defer payment of a debt, incur debt and defer its payment, or purchase property or services and defer payment for such purchase.
