EFFECTIVE DATE OF 2010 AMENDMENT Pub. L. 111-203 §364(a), July 21, 2010, 124 Stat. 1555, provided that, effective 90 days after the transfer date, subsection (c) of this section is repealed. For definition of "transfer date", see section 5301 of this title.
