STATUTORY NOTES AND RELATED SUBSIDIARIES
EFFECTIVE DATE OF 2021 AMENDMENT Pub. L. 116-283, div. A, title III, §336(b), Jan. 1, 2021, 134 Stat. 3533, provided that: "The reporting requirement under paragraph (7) of section 2925(a) of title 10, United States Code, as added by subsection (a) of this section, applies to reports submitted under such section 2925 for fiscal year 2021 and thereafter."
USE OF ASSESSMENT TOOLPub. L. 117-81, div. A, title III, §311(i)(2), Dec. 27, 2021, 135 Stat. 1627, provided that: "The Secretary [of Defense] shall use the Climate Vulnerability and Risk Assessment Tool of the Department [of Defense] (or such successor tool) in preparing each report under section 2925(a) of title 10, United States Code (as amended by paragraph (1)) [section 2925(a) of this title struck out, and new section 2925(a) of this title added, by Pub.
