AMENDMENTS2011-Subsec. (f). Pub. L. 111-383 substituted "armed forces" for "Armed Forces" in two places. 2004- Pub. L. 108-375 renumbered section 2490a of this title as this section.2003-Subsec. (f). Pub. L. 108-136, §1043(c)(2), substituted "NONAPPROPRIATED FUND INSTRUMENTALITY DEFINED.-In this section, the term" for "DEFINITIONS.-In this section:"(1) The term"and struck out par. - The term "armed forces" means the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force, and Coast Guard.

- The term "base closure law" means the following:(A) Section 2687 of this title.(B) The Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990 (part A of title XXIX of Public Law 101-510; 10 U.S.C. 2687 note).(C) Title II of the Defense Authorization Amendments and Base Closure and Realignment Act (Public Law 100-526; 10 U.S.C. 2687 note).
