EFFECTIVE DATE OF REPEAL Repeal effective on the date on which the Secretary of Defense and the Director of National Intelligence jointly submit the joint certifications required under section 3334a(b)(1) of Title 50, War and National Defense, see section 3334a(e)(2) of Title 50.
