AMENDMENTS2016- Pub. L. 114-328, §724(c), struck out "(a) CLOSURE PROHIBITED.-" before "The University" and struck out subsec. (b). Prior to amendment, text of subsec. (b) read as follows: "During the five-year period beginning on October 1, 1996, the personnel staffing levels for the University may not be reduced below the personnel staffing levels for the University as of October 1, 1993."
