Section 68.207 - Contracts for Security Projects or Services(a) A district may contract with any person to plan, establish, develop, construct, renovate, maintain, repair, replace, or operate a security project or to provide a security service.(b) A district may lease to any person a security project or any part of a security project.(c) A district may contract with any person for the use or operation of a security project or any part of a security project.Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 913, Sec. 1, eff. 6/15/2007.
