Section 61.160 - Qualifications; Compensation; Authority(a) Each commissioner shall be a freehold property taxpayer and a qualified elector in the district.(b) Each commissioner shall execute a bond and shall subscribe the required oath.(c) Each commissioner is entitled to receive the compensation provided by the board.(d) A majority of the commissioners shall have the authority to act, and all acts of the commission are subject to the supervision of the board.
