Section 57.100 - Construction of Levees(a) The district may construct the necessary levees, bridges, and other improvements across or under (1) railroad embankments, tracks, or rights-of-way;(2) public or private roads or the rights-of-way for the roads; or(3) levees, other public improvements, and rights-of-way of other districts.(b) A district may join its improvements to improvements in another district.
