Section 57.017 - Hearing Procedure(a) The commissioners court has exclusive jurisdiction to determine all issues with respect to the creation of the district and all issues involved in proceedings with respect to the district after it has been created.(b) The commissioners court may adjourn the hearing from day to day and from time to time.(c) The commissioners court may make all incidental orders deemed proper with respect to the matters before it.
