Section 15.113 - Inspection of Projects(a) The board may inspect the construction of a project any time to assure that: (1) the contractor is substantially complying with the approved engineering plans of the project; and(2) the contractor is constructing the project in accordance with sound engineering principles.(b) Inspection of a project by the board does not subject the state to any civil liability.
