Section 7.1735 - Violation Relating to Maintenance of Sewage Disposal System(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly violates an order or resolution adopted by an authorized agent under Section 366.0515, Health and Safety Code.(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
