Section 680.001 - Definitions
In this subchapter:
(1) "Department" means the Department of Public Safety.(2) "Motorcycle" has the meaning assigned that term by Section 661.001.(3) "Person" means an individual, partnership, firm, corporation, association, or other private entity.
