Section 545.360 - Duty of Texas Transportation Commission and State Board of Education to Provide Information and Assistance

The chairman of the Texas Transportation Commission and the chairman of the State Board of Education shall provide assistance and information relevant to consideration of speed limits to commissioners courts, municipal governing bodies, and other interested persons.
