Section 543.116 - Delivery of Uniform Certificate of Course Completion(a) A driving safety course provider shall mail an issued uniform certificate of course completion to a person who successfully completes the course.(b) The certificate must be mailed not later than the 15th working day after the date a person successfully completes the course.Tex.
