Section 520.0061 - Contracts Between Counties(a) A county tax assessor-collector, with approval of the commissioners court of the county by order, may enter into an agreement with one or more counties to perform mail-in or online registration or titling duties.(b) A contract entered into under Subsection (a) may be terminated by a county that is a party to the contract.Tex.
