Section 452.546 - Board Meetings(a) A subregional board, by resolution, shall:(1) set the time, place, and day of regular meetings; and(2) adopt rules and bylaws as necessary to conduct meetings.(b) A special meeting must be called by written notice of the presiding officer or assistant presiding officer.
