Section 441.022 - Hearing Required(a) As soon as practicable after the petition, preliminary plan, and each required approval statement is filed with the commission, the commission shall call and hold a hearing on the petition and preliminary plan.(b) The hearing may be in Travis County or in a county in which all or part of the district is to be located.Tex.
