Section 286.062 - Definitions
In this subchapter:
(1) "Public water" includes a public stream, river, bay, or lake.(2) "Navigable stream" has the meaning assigned by Section 21.001, Natural Resources Code.(3) "Public lake" means a lake in which the state owns the bed, or reserves for the state's residents the right of access to the lake for fishing, boating, hunting, or other recreation.
