Section 22.086 - Acceptance of Credit Cards A joint board may:
(1) accept credit cards in payment of fees for all or certain categories of services provided by or on behalf of the joint board in connection with its operation of an airport;(2) collect a fee for processing a payment by credit card; and(3) collect a service charge from the person who owes the fee if the payment by credit card is not honored by the credit card company on which the funds are drawn.Tex.
