Section 9051.154 - Powers Relating to Waterworks or Sanitary Sewer System

The district may purchase, construct, or otherwise acquire a waterworks or sanitary sewer system and may:

(1) own and operate the system; and

(2) construct an addition, extension, or improvement to the system.
