Section 9016.204 - Bonds and Other Obligations Not to Be Paid By Municipality or County

Bonds or other obligations of the district:

(1) may not be paid wholly or partly by taxes imposed by the county or the municipality;

(2) are not debts of the county or municipality; and

(3) do not give rise to a claim against the county or municipality.
