Section 9015.255 - Enforcement By Peace Officers(a) A peace officer may make an arrest when necessary to prevent or abate the commission of an offense:(1) in violation of an authority rule or a law of this state that occurs or threatens to occur on any land, water, or easement owned or controlled by the authority; or(2) involving damage to any property owned or controlled by the authority.(b) A peace officer may make an arrest under Subsection (a)(2) at any location.Tex.
