Section 9015.252 - Enforcement of Rules; Penalty
(a) The authority by rule may prescribe reasonable penalties for the violation of an authority rule.
(b) A penalty may consist of:
(1) a fine not to exceed $200;
(2) confinement in jail for a term not to exceed 30 days; or
(3) both the fine and confinement.
(c) A penalty adopted under this section is in addition to any other penalty provided by Texas law.
