Section 9011.102 - Qualifications for Office(a) A person may not be appointed a director unless the person resides in Bell County and owns taxable property in the district.(b) A person may not serve as a director if the person is:(1) a member of a governing body of a county or municipality; or(2) an employee of a county or municipality.
