Section 8855.023 - Initial Terms(a) The two initial directors appointed from each county shall draw lots to determine which director serves an initial term expiring August 31, 2011, and which director serves an initial term expiring August 31, 2013.(b) Each successor director shall be appointed and shall serve in accordance with Subchapter C.
