Section 8815.007 - Applicability of Other Law(a) Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, Chapter 49, Water Code, applies to the authority.(b) This chapter does not prevail over or preempt a provision of Chapter 36, Water Code, or Chapter 8801 of this code that is being implemented by the subsidence district.
