Section 8814.102 - Rules(a) The board may adopt rules necessary to carry out the purpose and powers under this chapter.(b) In addition to the rules adopted under Subsection (a), the board may adopt and enforce rules as provided by Chapter 36 and Subchapters H and I, Chapter 49, Water Code.
