Section 8813.052 - Eligibility to Serve As Director(a) To be eligible to serve as a director of the authority or to be listed on a ballot as a candidate for director of the authority representing a director precinct, an individual must:(1) be at least 18 years of age;(2) be a resident of the authority; and(3) have served as a director of one or more districts for a total of at least four years.(b) Notwithstanding Subsection (a), to serve as a director representing, or to be listed on a ballot as a candidate for director representing, a director precinct that includes any part of the City of Fulshear, an individual must: (1) meet the qualifications provided by Subsections (a)(1) and (2); and(2) have served as:(A) the mayor or a member of the city council of the City of Fulshear for any period; or(B) a director of one or more districts for a total of at least four years.Tex.
