Section 8501.107 - Officers(a) The board shall elect one of the directors as president of the board, one as vice president, and one as secretary-treasurer.(b) The president is the chief executive officer of the authority.(c) The vice president shall act as president if the president is absent or disabled.(d) The secretary-treasurer shall act as a secretary of the board. The board shall select a secretary pro tem if the secretary-treasurer is absent or unable to act.Tex. Spec. Dist. Loc. Laws § 8501.107
