Section 3001.005 - Applicability of and Relation to Other Law(a) Chapter 49, Water Code, does not apply to the district.(b) The district's authority under this chapter is not intended to duplicate the authority granted to the Chambers-Liberty Counties Navigation District or to limit the authority or jurisdiction of the navigation district.
