Section 3001.001 - Definitions In this chapter:
(1) "Assessment" includes a reassessment or supplemental assessment.(2) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.(3) "Director" means a board member.(4) "District" means the Southeast Texas Agricultural Development District.(5) "Obligation" means an obligation issued by the district under this chapter, including a bond, certificate, note, or other evidence of indebtedness.(6) "Project" means an agricultural project designated under Section 3001.110.Tex. Spec. Dist. Loc. Laws § 3001.001
