Section 21.257 - Inspection of Work(a) The board shall have the work contracted for under Section 21.251 inspected by engineers, inspectors, and personnel of the district.(b) During the progress of the contracted work, the engineers, inspectors, and personnel shall submit to the board written reports that show whether the contractor is complying with the contract.(c) On completion of the contracted work, the engineers, inspectors, and personnel shall submit to the board a final detailed written report that includes information necessary to show whether the contractor has fully complied with the contract.Tex.
