Section 94.303 - Cumulative Remedies(a) The provisions of this chapter are not exclusive and are in addition to any other remedy provided by other law.(b) A specific remedy provided by this chapter supersedes the general remedy provided by this subchapter and is in addition to any other remedy provided by other law.
