Section 71.302 - Recovery of Personal Property(a) If in a suit filed under Section 71.301 the court finds that a claimant is entitled to recover personal property, the court shall order the comptroller to issue a warrant for payment of the claim without interest or costs.(b) A copy of the order under seal of the court is sufficient voucher for issuing the warrant.
