Section 221.081 - Applicability(a) Except as provided by this section, this subchapter applies to a timeshare plan, the project instrument governing the timeshare property subject to the timeshare plan, and the association related to the timeshare plan, regardless of the date on which the timeshare plan was created.(b) Except as provided by Section 221.083(f), this subchapter applies to a timeshare plan, the project instrument governing the timeshare property subject to the timeshare plan, and the association related to the timeshare plan, created before September 1, 2013, unless the project instrument is amended before September 1, 2013, to provide that this subchapter does not apply.Tex.
