Section 221.028 - Denial of Registration Renewal(a) The commission may deny the renewal of a registration under this chapter if the developer is in violation of a commission order.(b) The denial of a registration renewal under this section is subject to the same provisions as are applicable under Section 1101.364, Occupations Code, to the denial of a license.Tex.
